Don’t blame the weight regain on the diet. If people regain weight, it’s because they started eating again the same crap that made them fat in the first place. The diet is hard to follow? Maybe for you. Again, don’t blame the diet. I don’t have any trouble following it. And I’m not sure constipation is the correct description for what happens. I surely crap a lot less than before, but I consider that a bonus.
