Excellent article. Probably the biggest thing I’ve learned about exercise is that more is not always better. I’ve actually found that I make better progress doing less. I hit the weights every other day, and I can work out harder and make bigger gains than I could lifting four or five days a week. I do a little light cardio on the off days, so I’m working out every day, but I’m never overdoing it. And if my body needs rest from tiredness or injury, it gets it.
