Excellent interview. I’ve combined the keto diet with intermittent fasting (eating only during an eight-hour window each day), and I’ve lost 36 pounds since July 4th. Regarding ‘keto flu’, the easiest way to keep it from happening is either to drink a cup of broth twice a day, or to drink water with table salt at least twice a day (and especially 30 to 60 minutes before exercise).
