Hi, Doug. Yes, above all else, be careful. Injuries can be major setbacks as well as extremely painful. I like this approach better than resistance bands because it’s not static. With bands, you can’t fine-tune the amount of the offset like your legs can. As long as you keep using your arms, your legs will do just enough to keep you moving.
