My personal experience is that combining a keto diet with intermittent fasting makes this much easier. I lift weights 12 to 14 hours after my last meal (dinner), and I’ve lost 55 pounds. The keto diet makes it easier to burn body fat for fuel as well as keeping hunger in check. And then I really get to pig out after my workout!
